Physical Products (when applicable):
- We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items:
